If you are looking for a place to hold your seminars, workshops or events, Mountain West IRA has openings for our state-of-the-art classroom. Fully equipped with two 120inch projector screens, a full kitchen, three glass whiteboards, and an amazing sound system. This space is available by the hour/$150.00 per hour. We also have Vendor Packages, pricing for our packages are listed below. These spots do not last long, so reserve your dates now!
Podcast Studio
Want to record a podcast, but don't have the equipment or tech know-how? Our studio has state of the art, fully functioning tools that will get your podcast up and running! Equipment specs are listed below. This space is available by the hour for $50.00 per hour, all of our Vendor Packages include studio time. Coffee, water, and snacks are provided, and you can choose to have us market the event for you. Contracted use of the classroom is available 2 times per month for 1 hour, with a buffer time before and after of 30 minutes. Vendors are granted access to our podcast studio as well. The podcast studio is available in the same time blocks once per month.

Contracts & Payments
A signed contract is required to fully reserve the classroom and podcast studio, which will be sent with the email confirmation of your booking, this contract is to be returned to us at [email protected]. Please do not send any credit card information via email, all credit card information will be taken over the phone or in person. If paying by check, please make the check out to Mountain West IRA and mail it to us or drop it off personally.
Booked dates can be changed at anytime with 48-hour notices in advance and are subject to availability if changed. Payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled date of the event. For one-time use please provide at least 3 days notice, and return payment and usage agreement 48 hours before the date of your event. When filling out our form on our website, please make sure to fill in all fields so we can properly accommodate your scheduled event.
Please note, that the podcast studio does not come with engineers, professional editing, filming, or production of any kind. All guests take full responsibility for the podcast equipment in the studio. If any damage is incurred during your time, fines will be assessed. To ensure the state of the equipment, a Mountain West employee will do a walk through with you before and after use of the equipment and space. All additional guests must be approved by staff.
